Yes, there are a plethora of medical studies out there from the Department of Agriculture, the American Heart Association and more that support the use of whole milk; including it's ability to help burn fat, build muscle, strengthen bones, and lower blood pressure, but it has to be the right choice for you and your family.

For many growing families, our included, who care greatly about what goes into their bodies, whole milk and whole fat dairy products has always been the option that works best. We know that when you remove the fat, what you're left with is simply more sugar. Fat is what fuels us, and our cells LOVE to eat and actually thrive on healthy fats. When our children's bodies are growing and developing at such rapid speeds, especially in the early years, for happiest kids, it is wise to fuel up with energy sources that sustain them for the longest period of time, rather than load them up with sugar and the subsequent spikes and crashes to follow throughout the day.
