Happy MLK Day!
Hands up, it's lunch time. Btw, the more food my daughter has all over her face, the happier she is.. well, for now at least.
BAKED CHICKEN CUTLET STRIPS
Are kids born loving chicken tenders? Which kid do you know doesn't like them!?
This meal prepared fresh by Little Green Gourmets was a HUGE hit at home. Cooked up using light all natural Panko coating, the tenders were juicy and can be served hot or cold. Plus, check out the cute little organic dipping ketchup the meal comes served with! On the side, we have roasted carrot & parsnip coins and a creamy, cheesy rice (kiddie risotto).
Perfect finger food = lots of fun with lunch = eating more fantastic, good-for-me food.
For those of you who like to know where your food comes from and how it is treated, check this out:
The CHICKEN and all meat used in LGG meals comes from Cascun Farm in Greene, NY. Don raises, processes and delivers the meat all himself so it never leaves his control. Also, see the farms' growing standards and methods below -- open for everyone to see! Talk about farm-to-family!
The are roasted carrot & parsnip disks are both organic, and come from Hepworth Farms in Milton, NY - a family owned organic farm. Now that's worth getting excited about.
